Logistics plan questions

Do I need a site logistics plan?

CDM 2015 requires safe site access, traffic routes and separation of vehicles and pedestrians, and these belong in your construction phase plan. Principal contractors and clients often ask for a separate logistics plan, especially on tight or busy sites.

What do you need from me?

A site plan or drawings, access points and surrounding roads, expected deliveries and vehicle types, where you want storage and welfare, and any restrictions on hours, parking or neighbours.

Can you do it as part of a bigger order?

Yes. It is included in the principal contractor mobilisation pack (£1,495 with the full CPP and six other documents).
